Solicitation: In Generations Wolverine & All-New Wolverine #1, the death of Wolverine shook the Marvel Universe, and the ascension of the All-New Wolverine re-imagined what a healing factor and some adamantium claws can do! But the amazing combination of Logan and Laura is the duo you’ve been waiting for and a double-Wolverine team-up for the ages!

Generations Wolverine & All-New Wolverine #1 Review

Generations Wolverine & All-New Wolverine #1 begins in Tokyo, Japan as Wolverine (Logan) is fighting ninjas of the Hand. Wolverine’s adopted daughter – Akiko – has been kidnapped, and he is attempting to rescue her.

Generations Wolverine & All-New Wolverine 01 detailRight when the Hand start to overwhelm Wolverine, Laura, the All-New Wolverine, shows up and fights along side of him.

In the Generations titles, future characters become displaced in time and meet up with their earlier counterparts.

Laura says that when she found out where and when she was, she went to search Logan out and aid him in finding Akiko.

This leads Laura and Logan into a direct confrontation with the man behind it all, Sabretooth.

Generations: Wolverine & All-New Wolverine was a great classic Wolverine title. Wolverine use to be all over the place in almost every marvel title, but now that this version of him has been gone for awhile, it’s nice to get a glimpse of the classic character.

Verdict: Generations Wolverine & All-New Wolverine
My rating is a 4.5 out of 5 for Wolverine stabby-stabby action!
